The biggest key to successfully managing remote specialists effectively is by getting on calls, reviewing their plans and their implementations, and being willing to share your time and strategies with them. Over time, that time commitment can let up - but just like onboarding any new team member, the remote team member needs your time and attention so they can adopt your way of doing things, learn how you like to think, and replicate or exceed the results you can achieve.

So he decided to create it himself with Specialist PH.

Specialist PH is a digital marketing recruiter who not only recruit, but also do payroll administration, productivity coaching, motivational weekly meetings, and more.
